Welcome to the student hub! All new and existing Carolina Therapeutics Academy (CTA) families come to this page to create and manage their accounts and gain quick access to our Parent Handbook. If you need assistance in getting set up or have questions – reach out! We’re here to support you.
New Students
The first step to becoming a student at CTA is to create an account in our industry-leading childcare management platform called Procare. To apply for CTA placement, complete the Procare registration form. Unfortunately, registration does not guarantee acceptance into the Academy.
Parent Handbook
View and download the CTA Parent Handbook, the ultimate who, what, why, how, and when resource for your family. If you have any questions about the policies, procedures, and forms in the Handbook – or if you need an additional copy – please reach out. Communication is the key to a great partnership.
Existing Clients
Login to the ProCare app to:
- See photographs of your child while at school
- Communicate directly with CTA team members
- Securely sign your child in and out each day
- Access academic records and reports
- View upcoming appointments/meetings
- Review policies and procedures
- Receive notifications
- Manage CTA tuition payments
Enroll in Bill Pay for Therapy Services
Help our practice be paperless! While CTA tuition payments are made directly through the ProCare app, therapy-related billing for any expenses not covered by your health insurance carrier is handled by Kareo, our practice billing management software. Enroll in bill pay and then access your Kareo account to securely pay therapy-related fees by credit card. You can also view statements, invoices, and payment history.
