Understand Your Benefits
Most health insurance companies provide coverage for ABA, Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy. Our billing specialists can help you determine your coverage and/or cost of your child’s enrollment at our Special Needs Preschool and in After-School Therapy. Families are responsible for any applicable copays and deductibles, as well as therapy expenses not covered by your insurance plan.
Therapy services provided by Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC are typically considered in-network with the following health insurance companies:

Note that although we are technically considered an out-of-network provider with Tricare, we are able to bill for nearly all therapy services for Tricare beneficiaries.
Out of Network & Self Pay
If Carolina Therapeutics is out of your insurance network or if you are a self-pay client, we can lighten your load by:
- Filing claims for you even if you are out-of-network
- Providing you with all billing details prior to initiating services
- Entering into a self-pay contract with eligible clients
Automatic Payments
We use a secure online transaction system called Kareo. Through this portal, you can view your therapy billing statements, invoices, and payment history, as well as authorize automatic payments.
- To enroll, complete our online billing enrollment form.
- To pay online, access your Kareo account.
